Aidolin (“we”, “us”) is a browser-based game. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and which third-party services process it on our behalf. By using Aidolin you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Account data. When you register we store your email address and a display name so you can sign in and be identified in Symposiums. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
Gameplay data. The Aidolins you compose, the commands you write, match history, ratings, and in-game balances are stored so the game can function.
Technical data. Like most sites, our infrastructure and the third parties below may automatically receive your IP address, browser type, and device information, and may set cookies or similar identifiers.
Advertising and cookies
We display ads through Google AdSense (and, for rewarded ads, Google H5 Games Ads). Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to Aidolin and other websites.
Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third party’s use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info. If you purchase “remove ads”, we do not load the advertising scripts for your account.
Payments
Purchases (Resonance Crystal packs and “remove ads”) are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details; Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy.
Other processors
Gameplay text you write may be sent to OpenRouter and the AI models it routes to, in order to interpret and narrate duels and generate images. We may use privacy-respecting product analytics to understand aggregate usage.
Data retention & your rights
We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account exists. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below. Deleting your account removes your personal data, subject to records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (e.g. payment records).
Children
Aidolin is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Advertising is served in non-personalized mode where required by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
